I know at my age, dieting is not the only answer to lose weight. Exercise is also important. It isn't the same five years ago when all I do is limit my carbs intake and I would be able to see the results in a week's time. A couple of pounds would be shed off after this short regimen. Now, I've been dieting for more than a month now and I still see little results. I am so tempted to take
diet pills just to hasten my weight loss but I am afraid that the rebound would be bigger. Sigh.
